When relative time enters the quantum world, the block universe reappears — but subtly changed, and suddenly there is room for free will. That changes everything: free will is the prerequisite for intelligence, and without it nothing else in this series could exist. It also forces a deeper question about reality itself: is deterministic physics not the whole of physics, but merely one pillar among several — alongside temporal mechanics, intentionality, and pillars we haven’t yet named?
